About these terms
These terms apply when you buy from Mensur Industrial & Electromechanical Importer ("Mensur", "we") or use our website. By placing an order you accept them.
Products and prices
Product details and prices on the website are for information and can change without notice. Stock shown online may differ from stock in a shop. A quote or invoice from us confirms the final price.
Orders and payment
- An order is confirmed when we accept it and payment is received, or when it is approved on an agreed credit account.
- We accept cash and bank transfer. For transfers, send the payment screenshot or transaction reference. Goods are released after the payment is confirmed.
- Prices include or exclude VAT as shown on the invoice. Withholding tax is applied where the law requires it.
Credit accounts
Credit is offered only to approved customers up to an agreed limit. Amounts owed must be paid by the agreed date. We may pause credit purchases on overdue accounts.
Collection and delivery
Goods can be collected from the shop or store named on your invoice, or delivered where agreed. Please check goods on collection or delivery and report any damage at that time.
Returns
Unused goods in original condition can be returned with the receipt within the period stated on the invoice. Items that were installed, damaged after delivery or specially ordered may not be returnable. Refunds or credit are given in the original payment method or to your credit account.
Warranty
Products carry the manufacturer's warranty where one is offered. Warranty does not cover damage from incorrect installation, wrong power supply, dry running of pumps, or misuse.
Liability
Our liability for any claim is limited to the price paid for the goods concerned, except where the law does not allow this limit.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia.
